At Peace of Portland, yoga is more than movement it’s a space to breathe, reconnect, and build community. With small class sizes, you’ll receive personal attention in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Our weekly classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and build strength through intentional movement and breath. Whether you join for an energizing Vinyasa Flow or a slower Yin & Dharma practice, each session offers a supportive space to reset and deepen your awareness. Classes are intentionally limited to 8 students to ensure a peaceful and personalized experience.
